I had the BBQ chicken nachos. They were the best I have ever had. I would definitely go back. I like they are BOB. I would suggest calling to make sure they have ribs and chicken prepared. A customer in front of me wanted all rib tips and they were out. I would certainly go back. I would also recommend this place.
Wait! Why was this my first time visiting Crutchfields?! The food here is delicious. I am so glad someone recommended it to me. I went in an immediately had the vibe that some good ole Memphis Barbecue would be served right up! I had the smoked hotwings with barbecue baked beans and potato salad. OMG It was so good! The meat was literally falling off the bone. The beans were seasoned just as I like them and the potato salad was great as well. To top it off, I had a grade soda! I throughly enjoyed my meal. The service was also great and friendly! The price point was super reasonable. They have many options. I can't wait to go back and sample other items on the menu. Oh and yes, they are taking all of the necessary precautions to keep customers safe during this time. Great spot!
Daughter and I stopped there on our road trip, we always get BBQ when passing thru Memphis. Glad the GPS took us of the road a bit, even if the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Restaraunt was clean and smelled so good like brisket. The girl working the counter was friendly, and efficient. She was taking orders well and making sure people waiting got their food as it was ready. We got 2 good sized meat portioned meals with drink for total of $20.71. 1 Meal-Pulled Pork Sandwich, 2 sides(fried tomatoes, okra) and drink. Other meal Pork Rib Sandwich Combo, 2 sides(onion rings, and something else-says vip on the receipt) and drink. Our food was seasoned well, cooked just right and tasted amazing. They did sell out of some of the meats by the time we arrived, but we saw how busy it was, probably make their food for each day.
Some of the nicest people you will ever meet and amazing food. Smoked Mac and cheese (only on fri and sat) is beyond amazing. This may be Memphis best kept BBQ secret.
It's hard to choose one favorite from the menu! Will definitely be eating Crutchfield BBQ again!
